Terms of Service
The rules for using the platform, arranging inspections and working with other participants.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
About these terms
These Terms govern access to TPI Hub and the inspection coordination services available through the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow them.
TPI Hub connects clients, senior inspectors and inspectors, and provides tools for requests, communication, documents, pricing, invoices and reports.
TPI Hub is a digital marketplace. It does not perform inspections and is not a party to the inspection-service contract between a client and an independent professional.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify support about unauthorized access.
- Do not share an account between unrelated users.
- Do not impersonate another person or company.
- Administrators may suspend accounts that threaten platform security or violate these Terms.
Inspection requests
A client is responsible for providing a complete description, correct location, schedule, requirements and safe access to the inspection site. An accepted request becomes the working scope for the assigned inspector.
Changes to scope, schedule or location may affect availability, price and delivery time and should be agreed through the platform.
Prices, invoices and payments
Prices and payment statuses recorded on TPI Hub are coordination records. TPI Hub does not receive, hold or transfer payment for inspection services.
The client and the independent professional or their company arrange payment, taxes, refunds and any additional work directly between themselves.
Messages, files and reports
Users may upload documents and exchange information needed for an inspection. You must have the right to share that material and must not upload malware, unlawful content or information unrelated to the service.
Inspection reports describe observations made within the agreed scope and at the time of inspection. They do not replace product certification, legal advice or guarantees that were not expressly agreed.
Acceptable use
You may use TPI Hub only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or inspect another user's data.
- Do not disrupt the platform, automate abusive traffic or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
- Do not use the platform to arrange fraud, bribery or other unlawful conduct.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable measures to keep the platform available and information secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, third-party failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Each party remains responsible for its own decisions, personnel, site safety and compliance obligations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, non-payment or unlawful use. Obligations connected with completed inspections, payments, confidentiality and records survive termination where necessary.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or the account contact details before they take effect where required.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Support section in TPI Hub.
